We design, build and support casual and commercial golf simulation facilities for clubs, venues and residences across New Zealand

01

Design

Collaborative design that maximises the potential of every golf simulator space, from initial concept through to a buildable, considered specification.

02

One Team

We deliver every project under a single contract, managing design, construction and technology integration from first consultation through to completion.

03

Precision Builds

Every build is delivered with precision, combining quality craftsmanship, specialist installation and meticulous attention to detail, from structure through to technology integration.

04

Built to Last

We build for longevity, combining quality construction with ongoing servicing, updates and support to minimise downtime and make sure your setup performs reliably over its lifetime.

Our Process

Every golf simulator is delivered through a fully integrated design and build process. From residential projects to commercial facilities every project is managed end to end by our own team.

01

Understanding your needs

From brief to feasibility

100%

Every project begins with a consultancy phase before any construction is committed to.

We start by understanding the site, the audience and the budget, whether you arrive with a detailed brief or a rough idea. This includes site visits, spatial planning and early technology scoping, so what gets built is commercially sound from the outset. For clients outside our immediate region, we are experienced in scoping projects remotely before any travel is required.

02

Design and Specification

From feasibility to scope

Fixed Price

Agreed against a fixed scope, before any work begins

Once the brief is understood, we produce a full specification covering layout, materials, technology and budget. Nothing moves to construction until this is agreed. It gives you certainty over cost and programme, and gives us a clear brief to build against.

03

Build and Installation

One team. Start to finish.

Zero

Hand-off to third-parties involved in our installations.

Construction and technology integration are managed together, not as separate phases. Enclosures, acoustic treatment, lighting and finishing are handled in house or under our direct coordination, and the full technology stack, launch monitors, projection, screens and network, is installed and calibrated as part of the same build. Everything is commissioned and tested before handover.

04

Handover and Support

Ready from day one and supported after

NZ Wide

Service and support coverage across the country

We provide structured handover and training tailored to whoever will run the space, coaching staff, front of house teams or venue managers, along with full documentation as standard. After handover we remain the single point of contact, with scheduled maintenance agreements and responsive support for both the facility and the technology within it.

FAQ

What does your service cover?
icon

We design, build and support golf simulation facilities for homes, golf clubs and commercial venues, from start to finish. That includes initial consultancy and site assessment, full construction and fit-out, technology supply and integration, staff training and ongoing maintenance. You engage one team and we manage the rest.

How does the process work?
icon

We begin with a consultancy phase to understand your space, how you’ll use it and your budget. From there we produce a specification and a fixed scope before any construction is committed to. Once we are aligned, our team manages the full build and technology integration through to handover and training.

How long does a typical project take?
icon

A standard single-bay build typically takes around eight weeks from confirmed scope to handover. Multi-bay, full commercial fit-outs, or projects requiring consent will vary, and we’ll agree a realistic programme with you before work begins.

Do you work across all of New Zealand?
icon

Yes. Prefabricated elements mean most of the build comes together quickly on site, which keeps travel and freight to a minimum wherever you’re based. We’ve delivered projects from Northland to Southland and are experienced managing engagements remotely where an initial site visit isn’t immediately practical.

What does ongoing support look like?
icon

We offer scheduled maintenance agreements for both residential and commercial facilities, covering the physical build and the technology within it. We also provide responsive support for issues that arise between scheduled visits. You deal with us directly throughout, not a manufacturer support line.

How are projects priced?
icon

Each project is scoped and priced individually, based on the size of the space, the number of bays, the complexity of the build and the technology specified. We provide a fixed price against an agreed scope before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
