We begin with a consultancy phase to understand your site, your audience and your budget. From there we produce a specification and a fixed scope before any construction is committed to. Once we are aligned, our team manages the full build and technology integration through to handover and training.

It depends on the scale and complexity of the facility. A single-bay coaching installation typically takes four to eight weeks from confirmed scope to handover. Larger multi-bay commercial venues are scoped individually, with a realistic programme agreed before work begins.

Yes. We have delivered projects from Northland to Southland and are experienced in managing engagements remotely where an initial site visit is not immediately practical. Geography has not been a constraint for any of our clients.

We offer scheduled maintenance agreements for all commercial facilities, covering both the physical build and the technology within it. We also provide responsive support for issues that arise between scheduled visits. You deal with us directly throughout, not a manufacturer support line.
